However, if there is ever a need to stay overnight, such as travelling an unreasonable distance, StarBase will pay for your overnight and food etc. They also cover all travel to clients, meaning although i had a long commute I was reimbursed.

Due to its small size, you get to converse with senior managment more than you would normally in a larger company, which means you get a greater sense of belonging and not just there to make up the numbers.

As in all consultancies when you come off a client project the unknown certainity at times of when the next one will start can be frustrating. However management try to rely as best they can any projects that may be in the later stages of confirmation which you may be involved in.
