Ze betalen veel, collega's zijn ok, management is dramatisch

Totaal geen aandacht voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling/welzijn. Werden veel beloftes gedaan (persoonlijk plan maken, meer verantwoordelijkeheden, zelfs promotie!), maar deze zijn nooit nagekomen, zelfs na herhaaldelijke follow ups. Bij Staples worden werknemers niet op waarde geschat of gestimuleerd; er heerst een giftig politiek klimaat. Een echte slangenkuil met directors die er al een tijd zitten en de eigen tuin schoonhouden en zich voor de rest niets interesseren.
