Toxic from the top (who owns a private jet) all the way down to the bottom. Company has been decreasing sales year over year and continuously takes it out on loyal employees. They are notorious for cleaning house as in firing dozens of people out of nowhere. If you were related to the owner and any capacity, you’re safe otherwise start looking at another career direction.
If you’re in sales, get ready to work like a pharmaceutical rep and get paid about a fourth of what they make. Hope you’re good at event planning and being on call for this company’s customers 24 seven. The new sales Director has no idea what she’s doing and is the third to cycle through in the past four years.. this company is obviously in trouble run fast. Don’t put yourself through the pain.
