Pros

Well deserved vacation time and sick pay after 1 year

Kontras

Severe lack of training for adminsitrative and recruiting roles, staff that overlook obvious liabilities to get orders filled "by any means necessary", recruiters that hire staff based on appearance rather than experience, underpaid for the amount of stress placed on you daily to fill the temp orders, benefits package is expensive

Pros

Learning experience, commute, you don't have to make your own decisions they make you do what they feel is best

Kontras

Upper management never there for you. If you do something wrong they blame you and only you not their lack of guidance. They do not give performance reviews. The only time you get a raise is if you move positions. They only promote the "teachers pets".
