I joined Stack Overflow 14 months ago, and it has been an incredible journey. I was already in a great role at another company, approaching my five-year mark and a full month's sabbatical. I wasn't even looking for a new opportunity, but Stack Overflow reached out and proved to be everything they promised and more. The Customer Success team is as genuine as they come. Some I consider close friends, I thoroughly enjoy working with and socializing with all my teammates. The leadership in Customer Success is top-notch. What sets them apart is their individual paths to leadership and their ability to empathize with what it takes to be an individual contributor. They understand the challenges and are always there to support the team. Lastly, the perks and benefits at Stack Overflow are out of this world. All healthcare is 100% covered, which even allowed me to have a baby without any financial burden. As I write this review, I am about to embark on 16 continuous weeks of fully paid paternity leave. I challenge you to find benefits like this anywhere else in the United States. In conclusion, Stack Overflow has exceeded my expectations in every way. I am thriving in my role, feel energized, and am excited about the clients I get to engage with. I am grateful for this opportunity and look forward to many more years at Stack Overflow.

Positive, employee-friendly, inclusive, collaborative, and collegial culture. Fully remote work environment. Strong new leadership in the Revenue organization. Passion for the products. Still innovating after 17 years.

Kontras

Company is going through a lot of changes. Solid business strategy and plan, but the environment can be intense. Turnover in Product leadership has not yet stabilized.
