Horrible culture. Incompetent Senior Leadership group comprised of individuals that took this job directly out of college, never graduated from college, or landed in their current position by default. There are some excellent individuals throughout the company that are extremely knowledgeable and competent, but they are few and far between.
The leadership in compliance is an absolute joke and will ultimately be the demise of the organization. Extreme incompetence and lack of understanding of the industry and compliance in general is going to result in millions of dollars in fines by the regulators and I do not see the company surviving another year unless they upgrade management to include someone with even a miniscule level of ability and understanding of how to run a company in a regulated environment.
