Pros
I appreciate all the amenities Sprung has to offer, a full service subsidized cafeteria with freshly made meals every day. As well as a well equipped gym for all staff to utilize at no cost, as well as work out classes during lunch hours. The main office is located south of Calgary making it an easy commute for most. They are accommodating and understanding of family and personal life matters which is a huge benefit for me having children.
Kontras
Not really a con, but due to longevity of employees, there isn't a lot of ability to move to new positions within the company. The salary could be improved as well as the health benefits, but the trade off for the 10 minute commute and amenities does help with that sacrifice.
