-High Turnover rate. -No proper training --Gets you assigned to projects almost indiscriminately. - From fully wfh, to 3-2 hybrid, now transitioning to 5 days onsite. -Top management don't seem to trust their employees. -Micromanagement. -Growth opportunities-- not so much. -"learn to multi-task" basically means do everything even without prior experience or training.
