      Thank you for communicate your feedback. We provide all candidates in their interview process with clear expectations for the sales agent role and pay structure. We also offer a flat rate commission for all our sales agents regardless of the plan sold, which allows agents to be unbiased in the client's decision making process.       Most Managers are great, good PTO (always approved), training is great, supportive environment.

      Employee Insurance, and benefits are terrible,Unrealistic quotas, low pay for the amount of work required, misleading leads, and upper management that appears disconnected from and unconcerned about the challenges sales agents deal with daily.
