1. You will never get salary on time. Sometimes delayed by 20-25 days. Sometimes not paid full. 2. Increasingly changing culture. From very good to bad. 3. No performance benefits. No compensatory offs. 4. Company will never share the profit with the employees. On the other hand, for losses, the employee suffers by getting less & late payments 5.
