Extremely long hours, they don’t pay extra hours, the management is extremely poor, the training is deplorable. They don’t really know who to manage the hotel therefore they just want you to resolve everything by giving things for free. The Front Office staff turnover is MASSIVE due to the lack of support/training. Most people that start working, they get scared and leave soon after
