He’s also hired a few of his BCG friends to turn Spendesk into a truly soulless corporation, where everyone competes for the tiny breadcrumbs the C-level execs throw down from their golden tower. The engineering team is the most disengaged group in the company — and for good reason. We’re forced to build the wrong things, and the direction and strategy change every four months.
