Pros
The good thing about these companies is that whenever you need days off to attend to personal matters, it is easy to request them.
Kontras
The work and tasks are manageable, but the scope of learning and management is quite challenging. As new hires, we need guidance to navigate the new environment. During training, we have limited opportunities to perform tasks, making it difficult to absorb all the information presented. Training primarily occurs through chat meetings, which does not allow us to take thorough notes or review the material at home. This lack of preparation leaves us unprepared for the actual work, and the short training period makes it nearly impossible to learn effectively without close supervision. While it would be helpful if our supervisors were willing to assist us, unfortunately, our team lead comes across as rude, which does not align with the company's core values.
