DSR...commission is good, culture is bad.. - Direct Sales Representative bei Spectrum: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Overall culture in residential direct sales is not good. We are supposed to be the font lines and face of the company however we are treated 2nd rate easily replaced. Guidelines and rules for sales becoming more difficult every couple of months, which results in less sales. It's seems as though they want more sellers producing less sales to save on commission.
