Casual work environment. Diversity in middle management. Interesting publications and work. Liked my projects.

Senior management all white and all male, some openly hostile to women and LGBT. Very short-term thinking on new ventures, requiring unrealistic ROI. Really bad health benefits, almost non-existent.
