The benefits here are insane, way better than most companies. Communication is solid, everything is well-organized, and leadership actually listens. Plus, the team is full of friendly, down-to-earth people who make work enjoyable. Limited work-from-home options—you’re generally expected to be in the office. That said, if you’re feeling unwell or have a valid reason, WFH is an option. I understand why they prioritize in-person work, though—it really helps maintain the company culture, keeps collaboration smooth, and strengthens team bonds. Plus, the quarterly KBBQ just wouldn’t be the same if we never saw each other in person!
