The culture’s low-ego, mission-focused, and full of smart, kind folks who actually listen. I never feel disconnected—the communication is solid, and there’s trust to do your thing without micromanagement. One of the best moments so far was helping a client land a hire they thought was impossible, within just a few weeks! That's the kind of impact that gives my work meaning.
