My coworkers have been a great help to me. If it weren't for their support, I don't think I would've lasted as long as I have. It's just a shame that their talents are being wasted on such a terrible company.

I have worked at Solsten for a couple of months now, and I can confidently say that working here has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The work culture at the company is incredibly toxic. Employees are expected to push themselves past their limits to meet the management's ridiculous expectations, but management does nothing to support, guide, or reward them. Room for advancement is incredibly scarce because leadership refuses to fire anyone, even if they are severely underperforming, which has led to a lot of employees' talents going to waste. Unless you want your talents and efforts to be wasted as well, you're better off staying away from Solsten.
