Immature management - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei SoloLearn: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The management is super immature, there's no trust in anyone, and there's no logic on how people are getting promotions or getting fired. How can a product with so many users and a big community have such people responsible for the product, and ruin it this badly? The only priority for leadership is money and they have 0 respect or care for employees who were committed and were part of the team for a long time. If not for the economic situation, many people would've left sooner!
