studio managers are really nice

If you are interviewing, you should ask why no one stays at this company that long. CEO is so mean to everyone and creates a fear culture where you are under appreciated for the hard work you do. COO is embarrassing as a leader. Most employees are scared to write on Glassdoor because of the culture there. Coaches have better wages than studio managers. Employees talks badly about the company. It just gets so exhausting to be around. Try to avoid this company if you can.

Free classes at [solidcore] and other fitness partners, paid training, free merch, company actually pays coaches well compared to other boutique fitness studios

Honestly, all the pros have been diminished over the last couple of years. The company used to be all about feedback, growth mindset and innovation but now this no longer exists.

People are the top think they have the best ideas. Most of the senior leadership has been replaced - before, ideas used to come from the field and it felt like everyone was contributing to the growth of the company. The values and “rules of engagement” used to be something we lived by and now it all sounds like empty words.
