Goes to show you dont need to know how to do the job to get a high position title job, you just need to know the right people. Upper management treats team poorly purely because of their higher standings-- if you want to get verbally abuse everyday, this is the place. Current leadership does not align with the company culture at all. Beware joining, it looks better on the outside than it really is on the inside
