Extremely poor salary and benefits Extremely poor management especially from a global level where everyone is replaceable according to the CEO and there is absolutely no support. It is a place that makes you take on more responsibility than you were required to but they won't recognise or pay you anywhere near market rate. It is a place where you have to beg to be acknowledged and constantly be ignored until the moment you hand in your resignation. One of the worst places I've ever worked at.
