If the director does not like you, you risk being laid off based on a fabricated story driven by ego and pride.

The workplace culture encourages people to point fingers at each other to protect themselves, rather than working as a team. The workload is extremely heavy, and even eight hours is not enough to keep up. Despite working hard, employees are not rewarded; instead, they are made to feel as if they are not capable of doing their jobs.
