1) Annual pay hike is minimum - don't expect a good hike, forget good, don't even expect an average hike, no matter how good you are at your job. 2) No HR policies - There is only one mid level HR in the entire company. Imagine an entire company running only on 1 HR person. No HR policies for the employees, no townhall, no get-togethers, no outings, no R&R, JUST WORK NOTHING ELSE! 3) No company structure - There aren't any processes or protocols, you will have no idea what to do in a situation or whom to reach out. 4) This is a pure Lala company, don't make the mistake of joining it. Most of the employees are looking out for jobs.
