The work produced for clients is excellent. The services provided do help make the clients life easier and do produce great business for carriers. Many skilled individuals worked for the company and were very knowledgeable when interfacing with clients and carriers alike. Good benefits package.
Kontras
No real structure within the company. Higher level leaders do not really know how to manage people. Lead from fear and distrusted employees. Do not see employees as assets. If you do not look a certain way or are not buddies with higher level leadership there is little room for advancement. No real training structure to help employees continue to learn and grow in their field. Poor on boarding procedures for new hires. Behind the times in compensation.
