Pros

Hybrid work (although now it's 2 days from the office and managers will be checking it), nice office, great colleagues (at least majority of them). Good place to start if you want to kick off your career - as long as you're visible and make friends with the right people you'll get promoted.

Kontras

Pure evil chaos. The level of disorganization sets a new benchmark, there are absolutely no processes in place, and project management mindset is not existent. It's just "Let's do it, we'll figure out on the way. Or we don't, idc". Company has gone through so many changes in the last couple of years, that the employees no longer care about what's gonna happen. Senior directors are rarely interested in making changes that would force them to do extra work, even if this would make life easier of dozens of employees.

Pros

The company offers excellent benefits, and compensation is generally slightly above market. Management is very flexible when it comes to working hours, which supports a healthy work–life balance. The people are smart, collaborative, and great to work with.

Kontras

There have been many internal changes with limited direction and a lack of clear long-term vision. The North America management team can be challenging to work with at times, with a more controlling approach, including a push to return to the office through badge tracking.
