I'm sorry we weren't the right place for you - but as we said before we always acknowledge that our company may not be for everyone. To repeat from earlier responses it is absolutely true that we treat our team like adults - that definitely means that we hold a high bar for performance (across the entire team -everyone from interns to Senior Leaders is held to the same performance bar). We are unapologetic that we want not only the best talent but we also want the best talent that is hungry for more - as you will know those people are consistently very successful here. And the proof is in the pudding - having enjoyed consistent (and real!) triple digit growth for the last 4 years those truths will remain true!
