Many like 1. Sales incentive- the policies are very stringent and the barrior is 80% of OB target that too in 3 different technologies in one quarter making it impossible to earn incentive. 2. Incapable delivery teams So eventually you will end up screwing your happiness if you join Sify and will have to live with only fixed salary.
