- While there are positive aspects, progress is significantly hindered or outright derailed by a handful of individuals strategically placed by management, seemingly lacking the necessary expertise. Allegations of nepotism appear to have merit. - Across all departments, leadership lacks the skills and qualifications needed for effective management. There is little to no encouragement for employee growth, and their value seems to be measured only by the frequency of international trips taken with upper management. - The organization suffers from extremely poor management practices with no accountability where it matters most. - Nepotism creates a stagnant work environment with no real opportunities for advancement. Despite frequent calls from leadership for employees to take initiative, such efforts are met with no meaningful support.
