      Good place to learn, can deep dive into things. Good people around

      Kontras

      Managers are not very good at technical things. You will have to deep dive everything on your own, no guidance. Also, a lot of politics and favouritism in place. Juniors are pressurised whereas seniors and favourite people are give promotions and opportunities for growth.
