Lack of in person (not on computer) training, work you harder and expect more than is reasonable, food is disgusting and embarrassing to serve, and understaffed constantly.

-pretty forgiving points system
-comprehensive training program makes it a lot easier to jump into things if you are new
-VERY competitive pay and benefits

-can be a bit strict about procedures but that is also a good thing
-can have shift inequality
-depending on location and crew size, it can be overwhelming at first
-for this position specifically, switching between stores and crews who have different expectations, cultures, and rules can be a bit difficult to get used to at first
