Barely any hours available and I was written up for missing my shift when I had a medical emergency as well as threatened by a scheduler to have my hours cut while on break from a night shift by text message No proper training, put on shift at a busy Halifax Gottingen St bar at 2am with no training whatsoever, first shift ever with this company and was told to stand at the door and to "Control the drunks" You have to pay for your own work uniform, the only part included is the T-Shirt and if you get cold on shift it's $60+ for company hoodies, jackets etc. to wear on shift, expected to find and buy your own pants. They also expect you to return the company uniforms purchased upon leaving the company but you won't get a refund.

The majority of the work is in the summer so not as many hours available in winter
