Pros
The IT staff is full of great people, along with the programming staff. Also it's incredibly likely that you can get away with doing virtually nothing at this job for extended periods of time due to how unlikely it is that your bosses won't be so stressed to the point of ignoring you.
Kontras
Communication is something that seemingly none of the upper echelon have ever heard of. There is no QA department, and you will figure that out VERY quickly. The sales team is given free reign to walk all over you and your time just because . The lead programmer has very obvious anger issues, which isn't an issue if you like being hearing slurs. The owner of the company cares dramatically more for sales and constant added features to the software over fixing any existing bugs and/or problems. My last year of employment here was understaffed. Any issues and /or concerns you bring up to your higher ups will be quickly met with lies in an attempt to get you back to being content. You will be hired for one thing and quickly realize you're actually going to be doing way more than that. The physical product they sell has major flaws that we've been aware of for years yet we're still supposed to act surprised when the customers find that out. Depending on the project you get put on, you very well could end up doing something illegal (like stealing images from a very popular and well known online retailer).
