Little to no training or guidance. Targets are everything; support is nothing. Poor communication. No team structure. Ideas ignored. Lack of transparency. Not a place for growth or collaboration. One of the worst places I have worked. If you want great company culture, teamwork, proper guidance, and real communication, this is not the place for you. This role only suits someone who is comfortable doing 100% repetitive cold-calling with very little support.

Was there for 3 months as a field data surveyor. Company was very informative and friendly. Generous with understanding and care.
