- Some good people on the front lines and internally supporting each other in the face of managerial obstacles - Occasional team outings and small events

- Complete lack of vision from the C-Suite - "Executives" are more concerned with penny pinching and cost cutting than actually investing in the business and its people - Extended hours with little to no recognition for additional time put in - Passive aggressive leadership from the C-Suite creates stress/anxiety for the people actually doing the work - Little transparency and regular communication from C-Suite on what the company goals are - Expectations are not communicated to staff yet, they are held to undefined standards (i.e. being setup for failure) - Poor accounting and HR standards (needs a complete overhaul)
