Majority of co-workers were hard working.

Management did not communicate or listen to employees. HR would always back management and not the employee. Not a good work environment.

Cultivating a collaborative work environment is a priority for Sentry and for me, personally, so I take the concerns you raised seriously. on call sucks so bad, more flexible work from home schedule would be nice
