nothing bad actually. all is perfect

Some have ability to learn new machines and are pushed to go back to school to learn more applicable skills. The company does pay for courses taken as well.

It is a revolving door, people get hired and leave after a week. People get reviews 6 - 8 months after their initial date and some even get it when they are finally leaving...which at that point is useless.
