You get attention and support but products are discontinued without consequence analysis

Kontras

No salary increase for 6 years. You have to justify and complain as there are no plan to take care of the employees. HR sucks and has never been active and talking with people.

What was once more results focused now feels compliance driven, with increasing restrictions that have hurt morale. - Benefits are expensive relative to coverage quality.
