Pros

Very toxic place to work at

Kontras

Used to be the top management holding hands abusing their authority to benefit themselves. Since new owner took over, a lot of them suddenly decides to "retire". The company used to be small that no one wants to work at, now are indiscriminately giving old senior staff warning letters and slowly getting rid of them without paying severance, some are forced to work harder even when sick only to eventually be replaced. At the time of writing, the company lack manpower, is heavy on workload and require people to work OT even on weekends. Appraisal is biased with abuses from higher executives/management who give you the grading based on how much you "flatter and please" them does not matter how much you contribute, those who work long enough would know about the "smoking cult". Very low to no increment and no bonus for many years. Health coverage have also been cut down massively after new owner took over.
