1 - lots of backstabbing in the company with engineers not doing their jobs and leaving the problems to be solved by others, then turning around to say others are not cooperating when the Engineers are always missing during important meetings . 2 - QPs verbally abusing others with vulgarities and finding fault with the wrong person. and forgetting their own instructions and making it seem like their mistakes are others. 3 - Management heads are still buried in the sand and not looking out to see what the proper issues are around the workplace.
