3yI’m sorry to hear you were dissatisfied at SelfDecode. I see you have not worked here in a long time, as the last US-based software developer left more than 3 years ago.
I will address a few inaccuracies:
Our policy for quite a while now is that Hubstaff screenshots are only used in the first 3 months during the trial period.
In addition, we no longer pay workers an hourly rate unless they are part-time. Everyone who works full-time is paid a fixed rate, every 2 weeks. In the past, even when used Hubstaff regularly and paid by the hour, we allowed workers to include their inactive time if they were working.
