Pros
My coworkers are easy to get along with. There is no micromanaging in my department; tasks are assigned and expectations are those tasks will be completed on time. I work with many different departments and everyone I come in contact with has been easy to work with and willing to help. Wages are average. Health insurance cost reductions in 2016 are dramatic, which is good for families. The 401k is fair, given what the program is designed to do; you are not forced to work here--their match is not intended to make or break your retirement. The dental insurance coverage is average. The paid time off is better than average for a company that is non-union. Paid holidays are average. Senior management works had to keep the company running at peak performance. Managers' open-door policy is a plus. The maintenance/custodial staff is a definite plus and they provide outstanding service; so glad they are on campus. The new HR Director has made good changes. The town hall meeting was informative. The campus has a nice look and feel; appreciate that our facilities folks care about interior/exterior design. The working conditions are very nice. The amenities in the break rooms are better than average.
Kontras
I have found no cons working here.
