Nice office in a good location, environmentally conscious and regular morning teas and monthly bbq. Some great people who I have built lasting friendships with.

Even post initial COVID lockdowns working from home was strongly discouraged and specific reasons were required if WFH was to be granted. Salary was always below industry standard and assurances of salary adjustment were delayed continually. Only after I handed in my resignation was I informed by HR that my salary adjustment was never going to be met. CEO made many arbitrary decisions against informed advice and had extreme micromanagement tendencies.
