I worked at Sairoop Technologies for 5yrs now as a Software Developer. I love working here, its very positive, enthusiastic, and fun environment. CEO is very approachable.

I don't have any cons for company or management.

The team here is very thoughtful and supportive. Its a small company, but that carries the benefits of getting to know each other very well, and everyone being quite reasonable in all manner of things. As part of a rapidly growing company, its certainly very dynamic, and that flow keeps things quite interesting!

As with many small companies, initiatives and increased responsibilities have to be created by those who desire them and this one's no different. Certainly, its a challenge,but such is the nature of all small businesses.
