Pros
Mostly smart and caring co-workers, is the company's saving grace. A lot of hours available even for those that only wanted part time due to high turn over. Pressured to work off the clock to meet deadlines on account of corporate's punitive stance on overtime so I guess that makes it a "Right to Work" safe space.
Kontras
Short-sighted managers that followed clueless and unrealistic corporate directives to untenable ends. Belligerent customers were regularly appeased with gift cards ensuring frequent chaos and disruption on a regular basis. High turnover of employees in general and experienced long-timers in particular. Employee loyalty was not rewarded at the retail level. Advancement opportunities are closely tied to you having friends in high places.
