Support Management was Fake, arrogant, uncaring, liars, rude, ignored everyone, baited CSM's for info to use against other team mates, ruled with fear. The training was the worst! It was All over the place! The CSM team trains in their own time, your responsibility to put the pieces together. You get it or you don't, This was a sick place to work. Stress was crazy, guilt if you left for a lunch, so stay at your desk, eat , pick up the phones , No work life balance .Management selfish and do what they want/ No rules for them or friends. Come in late? only if you are a friend. They don't notice. 1 Manager requires the team to handle her account 7 days a week. The On call person must handle on Sat and Sun and gets paid OT so she doesn't have to be accountable for it ALL the time. If you are thinking of applying, RUN, you will never recover from the abuse and nastiness of these 2 female managers. They will chew you up and spit you out and smile while they do just to make a point. They have HR working for THEM. Big Egos feed on the control they have.

The team I work with is fantastic. Everyone looks out for each other and we all pitch in to solve problems/issues.

This has been an incredible company to grow both personally and professionally. In many places of employment, you are stuck doing the exact same thing day in and day out. At One Call Now, we have the opportunity to work with many different types of organizations every day. Being a Mass Notification company, nearly any type of entity across the globe has a need for a service like ours. We get to be a part of saving lives and making sure people are safe and communication is strong. You get to learn about different markets and the world around you by helping many different types of companies and organizations every day. When One Call Now was acquired by Send Word Now in 2015, our world got even bigger. We primarily served organizations based in the United States and now we work with global organizations. The opportunity of employees we have to be involved in something so huge is incredible. I am thankful for every experience I have and every opportunity I have to grow both personally and professionally here.

Like any company, you are expected to work if you work here. I don't know if this is really a "con" though because there aren't too many places that you can work where you don't actually have to work.
