Very professional environment, I'm considering this company as a one of top IT companies in Amman

Maybe the working based on project and works as a out source resource is not a safe choise

there is good amount of travel to KSA nothing else .. literally

1- salary delays 2- delay in your travels per-diems 3- not much experience gained, no systematic or organised workflows 4- if you decided to leave the company say goodbye to your money for a long long time 5- vague management hierarchy
