Pros
This company really cares about it's cardholders/they market they target. They do a great job to educate people on our product. There are a lot of women in management positions so that is really exciting to see and makes me feel like I can work my way up. The company encourages employees to give shoutouts to colleagues and they do drawings for gift cards, blazer games, Portland gear items etc. The office is constantly being updated and they really care about their employees.
Pay is really good, the minimum hourly rate is $15/hour.
Kontras
They don't really communicate to ALL staff regarding changes, procedures etc. Most people find out about things through chatting with other coworkers.
The President tends to favor the account manager team. It makes it discouraging if you work in another department. Employees constantly talk about this.
There is only room for growth if you start in the account manager team (customer service). Then you can move to other departments. But if you start in another department, expect to stay there. MAYBE you will get a "Senior" role but don't count on it.
