The recruiter will tell you anything you want to hear. first day of training and the trainer acknowledges the recruiter says things that isn't true right off the bat as if it’s not the same company and it’s ok because it wasn’t him who lies. They won’t answer questions until you sit through 5 hours of a pitch to try and sell you on working for them. They don’t reimburse gas. They don’t pay you for picking up business cards as they say unless you close a sale not from their leads. It’s 100% commission no benefits yet they want to treat you like an employee make you work 8-4 mon-sat and do daily pep talk calls after work. Their big selling point to work for them is they make up big checks imaginary reps are getting. The training doesn’t teach you a single thing it’s a giant waste of time. This company lies about everything. They want you on full commission yet it’s w2 and you can’t write stuff off and then also they get to control you? So you get all the negatives of being a contractor but none of the benefits and then you get all the negatives of being an employee but none of the benefits. Guys there’s way better sales b2b jobs out their don’t waste your time with these New York talking crooks anytime you hear that accent within business run. trust me
