      Contracting work is highly volatile. When a contract ends it is difficult to start a new project without considerable help finding new opportunities you need to have a strong network and bring in clients to ensure you remain billable.

      Pros

      Being a contractor for SME Technology has been an extremely rewarding experience. There is not only positive energy exerted from the senior leadership, but the passion for the product has made coming to work very exciting. Senior leadership, including the CEO, is HIGHLY visible daily. If you want to work in a fast-paced environment, with the latest technology, AND help produce a cutting-edge, purposeful product, you WON'T be disappointed here!!!
